"The front desk staff, both in the evening and the following morning, were absolutely amazing! Everyone we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Even a gentleman who I believe was part of the maintenance or cleaning staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, our experience with the restaurant hostesses was quite different. On two separate occasions—once at dinner and again at breakfast—we found the hostesses to be unnecessarily rude when we asked simple questions. Both interactions were with different hostesses, which makes me think there may be an opportunity for better customer-service training. Overall the hotel staff were wonderful, but the restaurant experience could definitely be improved."

"The staff was pleasant and helpful, the room was clean and spacious, ample free parking in froth front and back of hotel. I did not know they had laundry services. The hot tub and pool were also clean, but there were no clean towels at 9:30 in the evening."

"The location is great near many restaurants. The staff were very helpful and the room is very clean. Unfortunately the room had no coffee maker so I brought my own keireg with me."
