"It was DIRTY! Not that the floor needed to be swept or the sinks were not clean, I mean it had ROACHES! There was a pile of trash next to my front door. There was not trash can in the room. The bed looked like it had been slept in. I could not bring any food into the room because of the roaches. "

"The unmanned check-in procedures worked pretty well, and the property was functional, spacious and clean. However, the online reservation has a significant glitch: somehow between selecting the day and paying, the site switched the week I wanted (same weekday, wrong week), and as soon as I'd paid it would not allow me to change or cancel without penalty. So, I paid twice. Not much savings there!!"
