Immediately surprised by its individual access, the living room of 55 m2 offers spectacular ceiling heights, an ubiquitous through-light. Hidden in a classic wardrobe a very comfortable retractable bed for 2 people.
A bay window at the corner of the living room with small open terrace (10m2) and skylights. A beautiful private bathroom with Italian shower, bidet and separate toilet.
The wooden staircase leads to a spacious mezzanine, a bright bedroom with a large double bed for 2 people.
In common use terrace (22M2) and a laundry room with washing machine and household items.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour et remercions les propriétaires pour leur gentillesse. L'appartement est bien équipé et agencé avec goût. La salle de bain et sa douche italienne est très agréable. Un beau lieu à découvrir et des personnes chaleureuses à rencontrer.

Bel appartement dans un petit village au milieu des vignes de Picpoul. Idéalement placé pour rayonner sur cette belle région, il permet de retrouver un peu de tranquillité, loin du tumulte de la Côte. Merci encore à M. et Mme Kramps pour leur accueil chaleureux.
