The home includes master bedroom with queen bed, private 1/2 bath, and walk in closet. Bedroom #2 includes a queen bed, walk in closet, and is right next to the hall bathroom. Bedroom #3 currently has a fullsize bed and is on the opposite side of the house which makes it the ideal place for kids or grandparents who may want some separation. In the front of the house is a comfortable living room with a fireplace. the back of the house is the kitchen, dining, and laundry room. The total square footage is 1275ft².

The home is clean and well cared for and is offered at a competitive rate for budget minded people. I have plans to update the interior in the next 12 months to bring out the homes potential.
