"Super Hotel mit Mitarbeitern, die leider komplett überfordert, nicht/schlecht geschult, gestresst, unfreundlich und keines falls einem 4* entsprechen. Jedes JUFA sollte im Vergleich mehr Sterne bekommen. Sehr enttäuschend, vorallem, da das Hotel an sich grundsätzlich Potential hätte. "

"The hotel was locked with no personnel at reception or anywhere in the hotel throughout our stay. We saw no employees at all. A worker at a nearby shop somehow obtained a key and let us in. There was no check-in at all and no other guests. We could have used any room. There was no hot water and no amenities. A very strange experience."

"Unfortunately nobody answered their phone or was there to let us in the property. We ended up being stranded and had to find alternative accommodation in the middle of the night."

"Rent, fint, lugnt och harmoniskt. Gratis parkering precis utanför hotellet. Vi fick en kod innan vi kom till hotellet som vi använde för att få vår rumsnyckel - smidigt och enkelt. Boendet var rent och väldigt stilfullt inrett. Det fanns en bra AC och rummet var väldigt bra isolerat mot ljud från korridoren utanför."
