"Clare, our host was very helpful and the apartment we stayed in was like a home away from home, suited us perfectly, as wee had our dog with us too. "

"We liked how clean and fresh this property was. We found it very comfortable.
Milk, teabags, coffee, wheaten bread, butter, cheese, oil and spices were all provided, as well as fresh flowers.
There was an abundance of local animals to enjoy watching: horses, cows, sheep and housemartins.
The pool table in the sun room was a welcome addition.
All the bedrooms were spacious with excellent quality bedding. The downstairs master suite was particularly attractive.
We would love to return!

"Property was very clean, hosts very attentive if we needed them for anything. Lovely secluded area would recommend getting food and drinks before going as it’s a 30 minute drive to get a shop"

"Amazing luxury hotel. Large, immaculate rooms; dining area with stunning views of the gardens, river and famous bridge; beautiful food; exceptional service from all staff.
Definitely stay here when we are back in this area."
"Beautiful if overpriced hotel, room was beautiful staff are always fantastic when we stay. The pool area could be so much better it simplest isn’t up to today’s standards especially at the price. It could be revamped to have beds facing out sea with better hot tub facilities. Staff at the spa/pool however are wonderful "
"Have stayed here before. It was always an enjoyable experience but the enhancements since our last stay are imaginative and well done. Excellent place to relax - clean and comfortable. "
"This location is marketed as a place you get to yourself, you do not. You will be sharing it with the property owner and will be staying in a room with another random person who booked it thinking it would be all to themselves as well."
