"Top value lodging. I travel to London every 5 weeks, don’t need frills, just a clean and quiet room in a convenient area… and this place is perfect. Clean room, super helpful staff, nice breakfast and a 7 min walk to Paddington."

"The staff stood out. They were so helpful and friendly. Our room was clean the beverages were stocked up for our two nights stay. The beds were very comfortable. The only negative aspect was the long line of people waiting to store their bags. gave up and stored them elsewhere at a cost. However the hotel is huge and really busy so this is not a criticism of the hotel. We would definitely recommend staying there. We are going to go back."

"Amazing location, on the shower box there was no place to put anything. ( soap for example ) the elevators most of the time very crowded. I got an early check in. But when it was check in time. It had huge lines, TV remote wasn’t working properly. Only turnê on and off. Couldn’t change channel, breakfast was good. But always the same thing. Best part is location."
