Fantastic hotel. The staff are wonderful. From checkin to Shane at front of house, to the room service staff they are brilliant, it’s an amazing place. 10/10 and they are pet friendly for my service dog which was such a help.

The staff on reception and around the hotel were brilliant, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Service at the rooftop bar was poor, but the Seed Library Bar service made up for this and more. I would recommend.

Hotel was perfect for a weekend in London. Great position for the windrush line and for exploring the East End of London. The room was very comfortable and we particularly enjoyed the wonderful white sofa area, great for resting at the end of the day. Roof top bar a nice place to go

Really lovely location in Shoreditch, close to quite a few metro stations (~15 min walking distance). Also very close to the hip area of Shoreditch (Boxpark and surrounding streets). Hotel itself was lovely - clean, well decorated rooms. Also quite spacious! Love that they have a carafe for you to get water - they have atill or sparkling from a machine by the elevators. They also offered me a voucher to use at any of their food offerings (coffee shop, bar or room service) if I declined to have my room serviced during my stay!
