"Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Everyone hd a smile for you when asking questions. The breakfast was really good with plenty of selections and constantly topped up."

"room was fabulous. you missed the mark on simple things: 1. Should be 9 on phone for operator: USA we use 0 2. I asked for an individual bar of soap and was told none since Covid. what does Covid have to do with providing soap? 3. I asked for a wash cloth: not one in the hotel. 4. Took coffee from restaurant to room for breakfast. I received coffee first, then 5 minutes later came toast. I refused coffee and requested hot coffee."
