The studio apartment is located on the first floor of the Prato del Sogno apartment building, it consists of a living room with a double sofa bed, kitchenette, bathroom with shower, and a balcony. There are a parking lot available in the garage and a cellar/ski deposit. The location is very advantageous, in fact the apartment is situated just 100 m from Spinale ski lift and ski slopes, a few steps away from the Lake and the park of Madonna di Campiglio.
The area is very quiet but convenient, just 300 meters from the central square and within walking distance to all the services, shops, clubs of Madonna di Campiglio.
