"I can’t put into words how much our family loved this property and the owners. Nadia will forever have a place in my heart. The home was immaculately clean and welcoming and there is something there for everyone and every age. I loved walking the property. Swimming in the pool and enjoying the magical views. Our family enjoyed every minute and Nadia checked in daily with us to make sure we always had what we needed. It is a beautiful short drive into town and there is everything you need including a great supermarket and cafe. I give this stay 5+ stars. Stay here. Visit Spello."

"The host was super friendly and literally went out of his way to make sure we had a great stay. We wanted to do the Aqueduct walk, which he helped to plan and implement, but we only wanted to do it one way. He met us in Stresa and drove us to Collepino so we could walk back to the car, playing tour guide along the way. He made a dinner reservation for us the first night at a great restaurant. The place itself is amazing, fully equipped with more things than you could need, an amazing view that never got tired and a modern rustic decor."

"We were warmly welcomed on check in and, at every step of the way, we were made to feel special! The bar tender, Shawn, made some delicious cocktails. The Giotto restaurant on site serves excellent food and has a very good selection of wines. We used the very well appointed spa for added luxury! The room had a large balcony with an amazing view of the Umbrian landscape, and, at night, the Basilica was lit up like a beacon. The only downside was the air conditioning in the rooms is not allowed be turned on until June- but, keeping the doors open at night cooled the room down and was very comfortable. Thanks to all the staff for making our stay so enjoyable."

"At the arrival time (4:40pm) the heating was not working. My room was cold and the bathroom had no hot water. The staff came and after three and half hours, it has started working. I was moved into another room with hot water, but the heating was off. Still, the room was not warm till 8:15pm. The staff was supportive, but they should have checked the heating before my arrival. The location is great and the breakfast is offered at a small pastry (200m from the property)."

"This Hotel is only a year old and is immaculately maintained by an efficient cleaning staff. The beds are good for getting solid sleep and the showers hot with plenty of water. Breakfast was more than sufficient with wonderful Cupaccino, Espresso, ans Americana style coffees made a cup at a time."

"Great villa in beautiful nature. We had everything we needed, and Michele was for us every time we needed something new. He is unique host with his willingness to help and to make your stay perfect . Highly recommend for group of friends , families with kids ( great pool) and any other group . We will be back"
