"Lovely apartment in an absolutely adorable Tuscan town. 1BR basement apartment below another larger rental home. Separate steel gated entrance, plus lockable outer levered doors. Apartment was true to pictures, including the patio furnishings, umbrellas, etc. though only one table and chairs (but its only a 1BR apt anyway?). Shower did not remotely leak at all as I had read in another review? Kitchen was very well furnished. Unbelievably gorgeous views from your own private terrace in a quiet...
