"A palavra que fica para nossa estadia é saudades. Foi tudo ótimo, Seu Cirineu uma ótima pessoa, extremamente preocupado e atencioso com todos, desde o primeiro contato até a hora da despedida não poupou esforços para fazer de nossas férias ainda melhor. O caseiro Márcio e dona Dalva ótimas pessoas (o bobó de camarão da dona Dalva é espetacular). A casa é exatamente como está na descrição. Esperamos retornar em breve!!"

I have stayed here multiple times, always the pleasure. The staff is very accommodating upon check-in, and helpful with any request. The rooms have got to be the best in all of natal, beds are super comfortable, really nice sheets and comforter. Room service has definitely gotten better over the years, but the breakfast buffet is always the highlight of my stay. Great spot.

Calm, beautiful place. Staff is exceptional, particularly Viviane who is helpful with any request even if unusual. Same with the owner, Giovanni, one day he drove us into town in his car because the shuttle had left. now that is customer service! We will definitely return, but hope to stay at least 5-7 days. Great for families and couples.

I was very surprise with this hotel, it was way better that expected. It looks like a new property, rooms are large and clean. Staff is very friendly and even though it's low season there are plenty of employees and they are always taking care of the property. There is always someone cleaning the pool, floors, restrooms, etc.
Food at the restaurant is average and overpriced, but there are a lot of restaurants within walking distance. I found the area very safe.

La posada es hermosa ubicada estratégicamente, limpieza y mantenimiento óptimos pero lo mejor de todo el personal super atentos, cálidos y serviciales. El desayuno es recién hecho por Carmen y las chicas, por la tarde te ofrecen una merienda exquisita y en la recepción Johana, Charo y otra recepcionista que son todo lo que está bien, es un 10/10!! Si volvemos no lo dudamos es a Poysada Tartaruga
