"A experiência foi pessima. Pegamos quartos com vazamento de água. Os quartos ficaram enxarcados, escorria água pelas paredes, goteira em cima da cama,molhava nossas malas. O chão todo sujo, e quando juntava com a água formava lama. Trocaram de quarto, com mesmo problema. Tivemos que antecipar checkout. Falaram que ir estornar o valor pago, já tem mais de 1 mês, e até agora não foi resolvido."
