"We arrived and was shown to our room, family room was nice and spacious. The beds were made and had new towels, but there was no new loo roll and we still had the previous occupants dirty mugs and spoons. It was very quiet in the evenings. But the biggest downfall was the room smelt of cigarette smoke, either previous occupants have smoked out the window or someone smokes in one of the rooms next door and it seeps in. "

"Loud heating system but was switched off at night so no problems sleeping. The gate / opening was a bit tight getting into the driveway. overall nice room and quiet"

"Lovely location and view. Slept to the wonderful sound of lapping waves. Check-in is strictly before 7pm don’t get caught! I did and with apologies of course as it was a busy work day . The breakfast was good I took the full English breakfast and it had everything on ( depends on what you tick though so tick away) I will be back if that’s helpful to others . I did get a full smile in the morning! So yay !!"

"Shops nearby. Situated very close to the beach front and town centre. Neil is one of the finest hosts you could meet and very helpful. "

"We had stayed previously and this time upgraded to a Silver Seaview Room. While small, it was perfect for our stay and the beds are really comfortable. Huge window allowed in the morning sunrise and have a perfect view of the seafront. Staff are always friendly and helpful, and this hotel is dog friendly which is a bonus for us as it means we can take our two with us. There are several options for parking, either on site (£10 and you hand in your keys) or free permit parking for large off-site car parking about a 10-15 minute walk. "

"We arrived to a view friendly welcome and shown to a lovely room overlooking the sea, The position on the promenade couldn't be more perfect. The building has been beautifully updated but maintains lovely georgian features in particular the bay windows overlooking the sea. Breakfast was lovely and we were especially pleased when we explained we would miss Saturday breakfast as we were doing Parkrun - no problem - the lovely owners simply put back breakfast time for us. What a trear - highly recomment the Brunswick Bed and Breakfast."
