"There catering service is not up to the mark."

"The buffet breakfast is wonderful, with a wide variety of options, including classic Western dishes and traditional southern Chinese breakfast. They also offer plenty of fruit and juice."

"Eventhough I have already paid by hotels.com, they still charge me for my stay (double charged). I have emailed them but still no answer after 7 days passed. Bad service. Please check your email and do your job properly. Emailed and called them again today but they give excuses."
