This home offers everything you need for a relaxing, homey stay:

• Bedroom 1 - A cozy double bed with a high-quality mattress & goose feather duvet, plus a desk and clothing storage.

• Bedroom 2 - Two high-quality single mattresses (can be combined into a king-size bed), a desk, and clothing storage.

• Fully equipped kitchen with blender, toaster, spices, water filter, and baking essentials

• Full bathroom with reliable gas-heated hot water

• Open plan living room/kitchen, with a seating area and a table that can be used as a working space or dining table.

• Spacious rooftop with seating & fireplace – A perfect spot to relax, stargaze, or enjoy the mountain views. (Shared with two other apartments in the building.)

• Gym equipment – Includes a barbell, dumbbell, inclinable bench press + pull-down machine, pull-up bar, skipping rope, and TRX cables. (on the roof)

• Fast WiFi (100-200 Mbps) – great for work or streaming

• Washing machine for easy laundry (shared)

• Portable Gas heater for chilly nights (gas for the heather not included)

Located in the heart of Pisac, you`re just a few minutes` walk from the food & artisanal markets, top restaurants, best cafés, local shops, and bus stops.

With simple comforts and a relaxed atmosphere, we created this space to feel like a home away from home 💗

My partner and I will be available to answer any questions about the house or the area. We`re happy to share suggestions for activities, local spots, and must-see places in Pisac and the valley.

Some things to mention:

- In the 2nd bedroom, there`s what I`d describe as a light chimney, which allows a small amount of light into the room but isn`t by any means a standard window (see photo for reference).

- The apartment is located of the 3rd floor with no lift :)

- As it`s an apartment, there will be occasional sounds from neighbors, and you`ll have to be conscious of when you are and aren`t making a lot of noise.

- Quiet hours: please try to keep quiet between 10 pm to 8 am (when other guests are likely to be resting)

- Please keep the bathroom & bedroom doors closed as often as possible to keep the noise down for yourself and your neighbors (sound travels through the `light chimney` like crazy!)

- We`re quite literally in the heart of town - which comes with its benefits (being close to pretty much everything) and potential downsides - there won`t be absolute silence like you can find up in the mountains.

I personally love living there, and don`t mind a bit of sound considering all the benefits of living in such a central location.

-Please note that houses in Pisac don`t have central heating and radiators - so the warmth you might be used to back home likely won`t be possible!

Most people get by just fine by wrapping up when the sun goes down, and the beds are sufficiently warm. But we have a gas heater for those who would like to use one (around 10usd for gas which lasts 1 to 3 weeks depending on usage - there may be some gas on arrival if lucky!)

We ask that you don`t bring in extra electric heaters unless otherwise agreed, as they cost a lot in electricity!

House Rules :)

Welcome home! We`ve got some rules in place to help you, our neighbours, and everyone else in the building enjoy their stay.

We`re sure you`re a super respectful guest like 99.9% of our visitors - we`ve implemented some fines for the 0.01% that we`re sure won`t be required :D

No Parties or Events
This is a quiet residential property.
No gatherings, parties, or unapproved visitors

Registered Guests Only
Only guests on the booking are allowed.
Visitors must be approved in advance.

Quiet Hours
10pm - 8am (if you have direct neighbours)
We ask gets to be conscious of volume and from 10pm to 8am if your home has neighbours. We also ask that music & instruments aren`t played at a level that`s audible to your neighbours unless discussed with us first.

No Smoking Indoors
Smoking is not allowed inside the house or in the hallway - on the roof terrace / in the garden is fine.
(Deep cleaning fine if smell / cigarette butts are left in the apartment)

Care Of The Home
Please report any issues or damage as soon as possible .

Security
Exterior cameras at entrances only
Noise monitors (no audio recording)

Another note: please don`t bring any animals into the house, unless we`ve agreed otherwise.
