Warm and helpful hospitality and very comfortable bed. The whole space was beautiful and cozy with a delicious breakfast and ideally situated right across the street from the artisanal market.

Mein Aufenthalt bei der Familie Kitamayu in Pisac hat mir sehr gefallen. Der Empfang war herzlich und unkompliziert. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und freundlich eingerichtet, zum Innenhof gelegen, in dem man gemütlich sitzen kann. Das Bett war komfortabel und mit warmen Decken ausgestattet. Eine Heizung gibt es nicht. Warmwasser war in der Dusche vorhanden. Gutes Frühstück. Tourenberatung und - organisation - auch auf Englisch.

Like staying with family, best stay of my trip

This was a wonderful surprise on my trip. Pictures show exactly what it looks like. It really was like staying with family or friends. Janny took such good care of me as i dealt with altitude sickness. Pisac is a good place to do that in since you can slowly walk around the little town until you acclimate (just don't go up to the ruins too quickly, they are high!). Great food choices in town, including vegan options!, nice market, nice views. She also helped me get wherever I needed to go safely and was just great to talk to. Breakfast was your standard fare plus eggs and was just perfect (thank you Elena - not sure if that's how you spell it but she was great). Loved the resident kitties and there's a little store there they run and a money exchange. They bring you hot water for your coca tea and the shower is nice and hot also. People have mentioned no heat in the room but that wasn't a problem for me even when I left the window open at night but it was unusually warm I think.. amazingly quiet even with the windows open too. Wi-fi worked great and there were several outlets. Just loved everything about it and was sad to go and would go back and recommend for sure!

All hostels are without furnace so rooms are chilly but that's part of the Peru experience. Kitamayu is an excellent hostel, very friendly

Wonderful hptel. Visitors just need to remember. that heat is a rare luxury in Pisac, so be prepared with warm long underwear to sleep in.

Amazing place with super friendly people. Stayed here for 4 nights. Great location.. nice quiet facility.. owner was super super nice and helpful with taxises, recommendations for restaurants, etc. I would highly recommend staying here. Muchas gracias!!

おもてなしがある。素朴な町。

到着した時にコーヒーまたはティーを1杯ずつ部屋まで持ち運んでくれた。部屋に据え置きのお茶類があり、夕方はホットウォーターを部屋の前のベンチに用意してくれました。 ピサックはオーガニックが流行っていて洗面台の石鹸が柑橘系のいい香りだった。シャワーのお湯もすぐ出ました。 家族でやっているのかな？日本の民宿みたい。朝食が手作りで美味しかった。パンは村のピザ屋？の竈で焼いたやつかな。おいしい。 隣の商店が受付兼で、時間外は青い大扉の小ドアを開閉して出入りする。その時鍵の回し方にコツがあり、右に強めに回さないと開かなかった。でも開かなくてもインターホンを押せば出てきてくれます。開かずにいると村の人も「インターホンがそこにあるよ」と教えてくれた。 ピサックの村はPM6時15分には店じまいをしていて 開いてるのは中心地の一部ぐらいです。そのかわり朝は早めです。非常に健全だ。
