"We had the most beautiful Tuscan Villa experience! The host was so wonderful, he showed us to our apartment and gave us some basic helpful information. You knew you had help from staff if needed but they definitely gave you space to enjoy your own time. We have shared this place with many people in Australia and they can’t wait to visit themselves! Thank you!"

"Unser Aufenthalt auf La Maroneta war erholsam und hat uns allen gefallen. Wir sind eine große Familie und hatten Platz, endlich mal eine voll ausgestattete Küche und viele tolle Extras (Hängematte, Tischtennisplatte, Planschbecken, etc.), die wir mit nutzen dürften. Unser Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Urlaub hier lohnt sich. Danke"

"Comfortabel en uniek huis met zon en schaduwplekken rondom in de heuvels op 800 meter, dus een erge hitte wordt getemperd. Met een klein zwembad om af te koelen na een warme zomerdag en een BBQ die we bijna elke dag gebruikten voor het diner.De weg naar het huis vanuit Cireglio is stijl en kronkelig, maar dan krijg je er wel een magnifiek uitzicht voor terug. En een zeer pittoresk plekje met uitzicht op Cireglio en de vallei met Pistoia, Prato en Firenze in de verte."

"We wish we could give 10 stars! This was one of the most amazing hotel experiences we have ever had across multiple trips to Europe. Not sure how we fell into this boutique gem but glad we did. Clean, well maintained, beautifully appointed, everything is modern and works as expected! The location is ideal to explore Pistoia. The train is a very easy 12 minute walk. There is a breakfast available for 12 euro. Well worth it! My wife is a 4 shots of espresso girl over ice. They didn’t flinch and didn’t disappoint. Can’t say enough about the staff. From Llario to Leonardo and especially Matteo they answered every question with careful thought. We felt like family was taking care of us. Before we arrived they arranged a driver for us to get to our next destination. Not easy when you are traveling in a group of 7 with too many suitcases! If you are thinking of Pistoia then look no further than Palazzo 42."

"We chose Pistoia as the base for a two-day visit to Florence. This plan worked great. Hosts Carlo and Lucia have a quirky compound located a short walk from the train station. We parked our rental car for the duration, and used the regional train service (frequent and cheap) to get to Florence. (Ask Carlo about his motorcycle collection.) While C & L don't speak English or French and we don't speak Italian, communication was no problem: beyond Google, they use the new generation of on-the-fly translation devices. Each morning, they laid on a nice spread for breakfast, so our mornings did not start hungry. Warm and personable couple, convenient location."
