The major downside was the 'spa' facilities and the communication from the very rude staff members. The sauna and gym were closed due to Covid-19, this is understandable but there was no mention of this online, and I tried calling beforehand to ask but no one answered. I can honestly say that it is the cleanest hotel we have ever stayed in, and the high standards are maintained throughout the hotel.
