Private: garden 400 m2 (fenced). Arbour, garden furniture, parking on the premises. Shop 3 km, supermarket 5 km, restaurant 2.5 km, sandy beach "Argentario" 50 km, thermal baths "Saturnia" 20 km. Golf course (18 hole) 20 km. Nearby attractions: Sovana 10 km, Sorano 12 km, Viterbo 60 km, Argentario/Orbetello 50 km, Capalbio 47 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Bolsena 30 km. Hiking paths: Parco della Maremma (Talamone) 60 km. Please note: car recommended. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied.

Es war ein Traum. Die Beschreibung vom Haus war absolut zutreffend. Es ist sehr sauber, mit allem ausgestattet was das Herz begehrt. Antonella und Massimo sind perfekte Gastgeber. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
