We had a wonderful experience staying here! The staff were absolutely amazing—so friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The breakfast was really delicious, with great quality and plenty of choices. We stayed here specifically to visit the Enchanted Forest, and the location was perfect! It’s within walking distance of the bus stop for the event, which made everything incredibly convenient. A very special thank you to Colum, who was incredibly helpful, super nice, and went above and beyond to make...

Great breakfast, rooms were comfortable, staff were all very nice and helpful. About a 10 minute walk to restaurants and shopping.

Nancy, our host, was wonderful. Made us comfortable immediately and has a beautiful home. Our morning breakfast was cooked to order from our large menu options. Definitely stay again.

The Old Mill Inn was a most pleasant experience. I had requested extra pillows and an extra blanket. When we opened our door, there was the extra blanket and a total of 10 pillows! They don't just hand you a key and send you to your room, they take you up to your room and show you around to make sure you understand how to use all the appliances and lights. Customer service was superb!

This exquisite hotel, the great food and drink and the hospitality of the owners set a new standard for excellence. Not a detail is overlooked. Our new favorite home away from home!

Wonderful staff, super friendly owner who was welcoming and engaging!! Highly recommend this hotel for a stay while visiting Scotland!!

Greeted at the Train station by a hotel driver, there was never a time that the hotel was not assisting in the best of hospitality. When asked when the bar closed, the answer was "when the last guest goes to bed". The hotel's food was the best of our trip.

Excellent

lovely old building, walking distance to town and trails.

David was AMAZING! The house is beautiful and so unique! Every single thing that you would need to be completely comfortable is taken care of!

This was SUCH a lovely stay and we will be returning next visit. Beautiful location, relaxing facilities, and friendly and helpful staff.

Easy to find. Private parking down the driveway. Extremely well presented inside from a decoration and artwork perspective. The bedroom I had was very well put together from an esthetics perspective. Also, a nice, and well maintained garden to wander around. There is an honesty bar with a good choice of whiskeys and other drinks, plus another larger lounge to relax in. Breakfast was very tasty with a good selection of options. The owners will recommend local places to eat, and during breakfast...

Just perfect! Idyllic location and setting. Hostess was attentive and caring. Breakfast was spot on!!! Exceptional stay.

A delightful bed and breakfast with attentive staff, several unexpected amenities and a delicious hot breakfast. We were greeted at check-in by Hanna who showed us our room, was curious about our journey and explained the features of the house. In the room, there were bath robes and slippers. Breakfast the next morning had all the Scottish favorites as well as a full complement of breads and cereals. I highly recommend Guisachen Guest House.

Amazing place with a fantastic breakfast and exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Special thanks to Sean.

Lovely location! tucked away in a hill, a lovely old house that has been partially converted into a guest house plus some adjacent flats. This is a quiet and scenic part of the Highlands, and the guest house was perfect for our stay. The hosts are friendly and helpful, with a beautiful dog. The view from our room was lovely. We went for walks in the evening, and explored an old cemetary. You really get a feel for the area. We were able to drive to a restaurant nearby for dinner and...

Front and rear parking available, clean, reasonable room, delicious breakfast cooked to order. Operated by a friendly and helpful couple.
