"The only thing that irritated me is we had a large wedding party and when we all got back I was reprimanded for blowing a whistle weakly twice when we got back it was a thing at the wedding we did and it was not 10pm yet and other than that we were not very noisy being g we had so many people and it was an older lady in the evening and she just wasn't pleasant..if your going to work I hospitality then you have to have the customer service character to do it..we rented alit of rooms for this event sone people even came from out of the country for it...reminding us to keep noise minimal is one thing reprimanding is another ..."

"The tv in the first room i checked into didn’t work, but immediately was changed to another room on the same floor, this room had a much better tv and it functioned perfectly. And this was without even arguing. The staff was very accommodating. He did try to fix and repair the tv first but briefly and then switched the room"
