"Our goal was a 1 night stay, we paid around 80$ and we wanted clean,safe and comfortable place. The showers were hot and the AC was cold! Bed was good. The room.was clean and passed our dust test better than some chain hotels. The hotel could use100 % an upgrade but did that affect my night . The shower and the shower curtain was clean. Ice machine looked broken and icky but overall it met my goal and we are off to the next part of our trip!"
Riverfront Baxter Springs Home w/ Deck & Grill!

"Very nice clean and secluded property deep in the woods and on the river. There is a great view of it. The house is spacious and clean. It has all the amenities and lots of room. Unfortunately there is no easy entry available on property to reach the river and be prepared to wear lots of bug repellent. The entry in and out is best suited for a jeep or 4x4 truck. It is very steep and rocky terrain both in and out. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The host was very easy to work with and the price was reasonable."
