There was a gentleman Tim that helped us out with an issue we hed checking in and he was AWESOME! We had another guy there that had a beard and a mustache that was as rude and awful as anyone could be and Tim came out and helped me tremendously

Our guest room was very clean and modernized. We were disappointed that the King size bed and room we reserved was not available and we were given a room with 2 double queen beds. The hotel was very quiet so, I don't understand how this happened. Additionally, I was charged a $50 charge on top of the room charge. When I asked the front desk at checkout why, I was told it was to cover any room charges. This did not add up because the meal we had in the restaurant was not charged back to our room and instead, was put on my credit card. When I asked at checkout about the $50 charge, I was told I needed to work this out with Expedia, who I booked through! The hotel is nice and located next door to the casino and many shopping and restaurants.

This hotel is not handicap friendly at all. The check in desk is really far away from the elevators and there are 8 steps to go down to get to the elevators. There is some kind of wheelchair lift that Im sure some people who needed it wouldnt be able to operate it. The room was dingy, with mold in the corners of the bathroom. Only 2 towels, had to ask everyday for clean ones and no place to hang up towels to dry. Bathroom was extremely small. My husband who is 6'4" barely had enough room to sit on the toilet. Hair on the shower wall. Just over all not a pleasant place to stay and we will try other hotels in the future.

There was no one at the front desk when I arrived, I waited several minutes. I was very disturbed that there was a live rodent stuck on a glue trap on the floor behind the front desk. Had it not been really late at night we probably would not have stayed.

I didn't stay at the Double tree at the meadowlands.. because of booking on the app the wrong location I had to pay out of pocket at the correct location.. Double tree at Green tree Pittsburgh. I asked for the reservation to be honored just location changed.. I was told all that could be done is a possible refund which is not what I wanted, the reservation could have even been pushed to the following day since I had already paid out of pocket.. now I'm here a second day and have paid again out of pocket.. now I'd just like a refund if possible for the inconvenience
