If you like no frills and love a very comfortable bed, great shower and bath with plenty of hot water, great air conditioner, and great restaurants right next to the motel plus right next to a bus line - then you'll really enjoy Rodeway Inn. No its not fancy, the toiletries are a bit small, but big deal. You call and ask for more and the friendly staff provide them. We'll definitely stay here again. I really loved our king bed. Staff is very nice.

I was pleasantly surprised. motel-style buildings are often kind of grungy and mostly tolerable. This was not the case here. The room was pleasant and reasonably clean. The property could use a little upkeep - the caulk in the shower is pretty beat up, forex. I had to check to make sure it was just ratty, not mildewed. I was glad for the laminate flooring instead of carpet. Room included microwave but no drinking cups.

The room were absolutely disgusting. We have videos to prove it. We try to talk to management so that they could reimburse us or clean it or fix it in someway. The Man pretty much said he would take care of it left and never came back. Then we tried to talk to him over the phone and he continue to say that there was no probable cause even after we showed the video with blood and boogers and all types of other nastiness on the wall sheets and everywhere fuzz balls. It was absolutely gross. Do not recommend. still fighting to get my money back two weeks later.

Upon arriving we found the room to be disgusting, smelled of mold and there were mystery stains on the sheets and hair in the sink and on the beds The walls have obviously been water damaged and collapsed in, and they just painted over them and let the water fester. I requested a refund and to leave, they had me look at another room that was just as gross. I was told by the man on site to reach out to expedia for a refund, which turned out to be a lie, because I reached out and they needed to confirm with the property, who never answered them. We didn't stay, I didn't receive a refund. Disgusting, they're scamming people. Their phone number goes to an AI loop and never lets you talk to anyone so you CAN'T receive a refund. Don't waste your money!

We checked into the hotel and went up to the room. The staff at the front desk seemed nice enough. My daughter had to use the bathroom, but the one in the lobby was out of order. Elevator said a max of 2.Got to the room and there was a terrible odor.It was sort of like Acetone and a burning smell. My husband thought it smelled mildewy. Either way, it was so bad that it was irritating, my throat and making it a bit hard to breathe. We turned on the AC thinking it might help, it did not. So we tried the heater, and when that was turned on, it had a burning smell. So we turned it right off, went down to the front desk and asked for another room, they said, they were all booked up. We figured, okay, we'll tough it out. We will just air it out. It was a cheap room, no big deal. We're only sleeping there. Despite the dirty grime around the bottoms of the walls and the disgusting air filter in the bathroom, we were gonna tough it out. That is, until I pull down the bedsheets and found bodily fluid stains all over the sheets, and they didn't look like they were ever washed. Went down to the front desk, asked if there was any other room we could be switched to. She said, no, my husband asked, if all the rooms were that dirty and she said, "That is the best room that we have". We checked out, did not stay the night. There was no way we were staying in a room that disgusting. I feel bad for the other hotel guests. Especially if our room was the best that they had! I do not recommend!
