The Colorful Abode with Deck in Mt Washington

The Space:
The home has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It features three spacious bedrooms with a comfortable queen-sized bed, plenty of storage, and natural light. The fourth bedroom is very small and has a futon. The futon can sleep 2 people (it can sleep 2 people but not 2 large people). The bedrooms are thoughtfully designed with soft linens, plush pillows, and beautiful decorations!

One bedroom is located on the first floor with a full ensuite bath, an adjustable fireplace, and an entrance to our side patio! The first upstairs bedroom contains an ensuite full bath and a mounted TV. The second upstairs bedroom has a cathedral ceiling and a jack-and-jill bath thats connected to a small room containing a futon. This small room is a great extra space to sleep for 2 small children or 1 teenager.

The living room is furnished with a sofa to seat 3-4 adults, a coffee table and a flat-screen Roku TV. We also have 3 bar stools behind the couch for extra seating. Underneath the TV, we have an adjustable electric fireplace to add warmth and comfort during your stay!

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook delicious meals during your stay. You will find plenty of dishes, a keurig, cookware, a fridge, and a microwave.

The bathrooms are sparkling clean and modern, providing all the comforts you need during your stay. Two of the bedrooms have ensuite full baths! The third bedroom with a cathedral ceiling and the smaller bedroom with a futon share a jack-and-jill full bath! The house also offers high-speed internet, air conditioning, and heating.

Off of the kitchen is the doorway out to the deck. We have 2 orange chairs on the deck to enjoy time outside!

The laundry machines are located in our basement which is unfinished.

Guest Access:
There is an entrance to this house on the street level of the home and it has 5 stairs to get inside. Guests have access to the whole house during their stay.

The Neighborhood:
Our house is located in a safe and lively neighborhood, just a few minutes away from many bars, restaurants, and coffee shops. You can explore the historic streets and architecture of the city along with a short drive to the best view of the city!

Getting Around:
There is street parking available right outside our house! You can also get around town via car, rideshare options, or bus.

Other Things to Note:
Parking at our home is street parking and we are located on a steep hill. The laundry is also located in our unfinished basement.

* IMPORTANT NOTE * - We do have noise monitoring software in our home, which solely tracks noise levels to prevent large parties in our home. We have a strict no parties or events house rule.

Check-in is at 4 PM.
Check-out is at 10 AM.

If you would like to request early or late check in or out, please be advised there is a $50 fee associated for either. Please message us and we can coordinate with you on this!
