"Such a lovely and nicely furnished hotel. It has a very hip and earthy vibe and you can see a lot of care has been put into this property. This staff were helpful and friendly. Lenox is a pretty town with good restaurants and stunning historic architecture."

"Breakfast was very good, but two machines were out of order, the juice one and one other. Ice Machine on our floor was AWOL otherwise great room and not dirty as another reviewer commented. Desk clerk did need to speak louder."

"This was like staying in a two bedroom walk up in NYC only sooooo much bigger and better! We were pleasantly surprised at the spaciousness of our Room! (The presidential suite). Everything was clean and tidy. Very pleasant decor. While there was not a place to get coffee down in the lobby area, there was a full kitchen where we could make our own. We ended up going to Starbucks down the road a bit. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends. Wonderful location also!!"
