"The service was excellent! We got a complimentary ride from the airport. Even though our flight was 30 minutes late, the shuttle driver waited for us at the airport. Then everyone was very welcoming offering free water bottles every day and also an apple when we were leaving early and didn’t have time for breakfast. Also, the food at the Erie Grill was excellent and included some healthy options."

We were given a great room and later found out the hotel just opened Wednesday and we were the first to stay in our room! The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. The floors do not have carpeting - which I appreciate. They are perfectly clean. There was a full size fridge that was truly cold in the well appointed...

"Great location for a short stay in Rochester. I really like how they’ve updated this motel. It’s very clean and comfortable. The only hiccup was when we arrived and it took a bit to figure out the key locker thing - the linked directions were not super clear and then the key pad didn’t respond at first. We managed to figure it out pretty quickly, so no big deal in the end."
