"The host was very attentive answered text and phone call. Close to RIT for attending a graduation ceremony. Very clean, stairs are very steep for mobility impaired. Bathroom is on the main floor with bedrooms upstairs."

"If you like hot showers, I don't recommend this place. At first the place seemed nice. Looked and smelled clean ,but when i looked in the cabnet there was a bag of trash and the inside of the drawers were very dirty. The shower was cold and when I contacted the host it took almost 2 hrs for them to get back to me. They said they fixed it, but it was still cold the next morning and I contacted them again. This time it took over 5 hrs for a reply. They fixed it, but it it only got a little warmer...

"We had a lovely few nights in this gem of a home. The house is lovely and well cared for, and the back yard was a quiet getaway from our busy trip attending our daughter's graduation from U or R and all the associated events. Thanks for a great stay!"
