"The property is big with three large bedrooms and plenty of beds etc. The general condition though of the apartment is average at best. Cupboard doors broken, or loose. Bathrooms have dirty/stained grout, the need room blinds were very dirty and the mechanisms for opening and closing them broken. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils etc and was reasonably clean. Access from the carpark to the apartment was not straight forward- it was hard to get back to the carpark from the unit...

"Tommy replies quickly to emails. It is a quiet place and clean. A thought to improve your place such as a new pollows, adding more pillows in beds, extra kitchen tea towels, new towels to replace the stained towels, washing towels in above y0 degrees "
