A pleasant walking distance to Kings Cross, the CBD, Botanic Gardens, Museums and Art Galleries. With its unique fresco ceiling, artworks & funky, fully equipped kitchen & bathroom you will feel right at home. Dine at Potts Point or Woolloomooloo. Close to Kings Cross station, shops & Saturday markets. No Aircon.

A generous living room with dining table and sofa, WiFi, Smart TV and 47 hi-definition channels (Netflix, YouTube and Stan available). Wall sconces illuminate the artworks by acclaimed Sydney artist adorning the apartment. Fully equipped kitchen has microwave, coffee machine, toaster and kettle plus a full gas oven and gas cooktop. Bathroom is streamline with soft close Parisi toilet suite and rainwater shower head. The large bedroom also has a sunroom alcove with a wide window ledge that could double as a desk, wardrobe and room darkening blinds. Pleasant outlook to the tree lined street. Firm Queen sized bed with quality linen, towels, hair dryer, soaps and toilet tissue provided. Bedside tables with draws and lamps. The walls throughout are adorned with artworks from Sydney acclaimed artist and musician and all are available for sale. Take home a souvenir of your stay, delivery can be organised. Please note it is on the first floor and there will be stairs to climb.

We appreciated the location which allowed us to walk to the beach as well as the botanical garden and the Opera House. It was easy to get to using the subway T4. The property manager, Julie was excellent at quickly answering questions.

Glorious Elizabeth Bay

I had lots to pack into the weekend where Sydney offered the biennial art exhibition, vivid, the writers festival and so much more, it was the perfect place to call home for 2 wonderful days and nights.

Although tiny, this apartment has great style, up to date appliances, very clean and comfortable for one or two. Fabulous location, we walked to the galleries, gardens, station, cafes.

Charming apartment in the perfect location

This apartment was so close to the train station! It was in a cute neighborhood and felt so safe and quaint. The apartment had everything we needed, and the host was so helpful with questions we had. Would definitely recommend you stay here if you’re thinking about it!

A really great place to stay! Has everything you need, super close to the shops, train etc. The bed was also so comfy!! I would 100% stay again. The vintage store downstairs is also insane and worth a look! Host is also super responsive and accommodating. Thanks for having me :)

Cool apartment in great neighborhood

Nice little apartment. Great neighborhood. Very small kitchen. Great bed. Noisy street. Partiers leaving potters point waking us throughout the night. Not a big deal but I did have to lean out the window one night at 2 am and ask the people to take it down the street.

Great Place To Complete Our Australian Adventure

This was our last stop in our 5 week trip from Florida and it was a great place to finish. The apartment is small and cozy and has everything you need. It is only about a five minute walk from Kings Cross Station which makes it really convenient to get anywhere in Sydney on the excellent train system. If you prefer to walk to sites such as the Botanical Gardens, Opera House and Circular Key for the ferries it is a very pleasant 30 minute or so walk depending on how many stops you make for photos! There are plenty of bars, restaurants and shops in Kings Cross and Potts Point so if you want to stay local there is plenty to do. The apartment was perfect for our needs and was very reasonably priced, I would stay there again.

Awesome place, awesome host

We loved this cute art deco apartment and intend to rent it again. My husband and I both fell ill in Sydney and were unable to properly get out and enjoy what seemed like a lovely neighbourhood. Instead, we were housebound and couldn’t have asked for better accommodations to recover and regain our health. The apartment had everything we needed. The bed was extremely comfortable, the shower was absolute bliss and Julie was stellar, allowing us to extend our stay by a few days. She was incredibly responsive, promptly replying to every message and demonstrated considerable compassion for our predicament and patience as we navigated international banking transactions. Thanks for everything, Julie. You’re a star.

Great location Poor cleanliness

If you are thinking of renting this apartment beware the photos are deceiving in respect of size and cleanliness., tiny kitchen There is however plenty of hot water for the shower, the bed is reasonably comfortable and the hairdryer is pretty decent. The apartment is situated in a popular area with plenty of restaurants, fantastic train transport links. I personally thought the whole area looked very run down. It is very hilly so beware if you have mobility issues. Other than that and if you only want a base a decent bed and hot shower and a great location for the city then this tiny apartment will suit. Washing on top floor another 3 flights of steps $4 for a wash $3 for the dryer
