"Very stylish apartment, immaculately clean and very comfortable. In good central position, easy to reach shops, promenade and estuary side of town.Excellent hosts who were very understanding and helpful when we had a medical issue on departure day. Would definitely recommend."

"Great location by village green and 2 min walk to beach. Free parking around village green if you can get a space. Cottage has bedrooms on ground floor, one has double bed, be aware that if you have bedroom window open you will hear the bin men and delivery drivers from very early in morning from 6am and they are right outside the window. I wouldn't call the other bedroom a bedroom, bunk beds pushed up against a wall and tiny, more like a corridor. Had to clean cobwebs from light fitting in bedroom. Living area is upstairs and sadly the beach view was spoilt by window being dirty, actually all windows were dirty. Bathroom on ground floor is a good size and a huge walk in shower. Cleaning not up to a good standard, maybe hampered by the huge amount of "seaside" themed stuff everywhere, dust on a lot of them. Bottom sheet had mildew on it. No welcome pack."

"A very nice stay, room and bed comfortable and spacious, nice shower. Bar well stocked, food in breakfast plentiful and well cooked. Staff efficient and friendly. Good sized car park. "

"Fantastic stay. Maddy and Godfry were great hosts. The cottage is perfect. Lovely little garden with Wysteria flowers for your morning coffee. 800 year old pub literally across the road. Great rural Devon walks. Loved the place"

"We received a very warm welcome from Lin and, for the one night that we stayed, we found the top floor bedroom cosy, well equipped and immaculately clean. The freshly cooked breakfast was very tasty. We enjoyed our stay."

"Excellent place to explore the local area. Rooms nice and clean and well equipped. Bedrooms were a lovely size, bright and airy.Close to local amenities. We would recommend the local bakery, particulalry the Uglibuns and we had a great meal at the London Inn. "
