"Staff were great and efficient. We didn’t use the bar or stay for breakfast. Hotel is super clean. Room was clean and spacious. Like most Moxy hotels, bathroom was minimal. Our bathroom was large but shower and sink were small. Bed pillows were terrible. Worst anywhere in the world I have traveled. Small and hard and flat."

"Beautiful apartment in a great location for exploring the historic area of Verona. Loved the terrace area and really enjoyed my stay. Only disappointment was that the promised bottle of wine due to my gold status wasn't there"

"Property is a very authentic Venice hotel. The a/c in the room did not work well and shuts off when no one is in the room. Front desk was very accommodating to leave a key in the room control while we were gone to keep the temperature down and got us a fan to help."

"Very clean on arrival. Be aware the accommodation was basic but well equipped. Location was perfect access to the lake and close to restaurants and bars. On suite restaurant was brilliant Lovely pool complex We would happily stay again."
