Staff were unfailingly pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was tasty and high quality However, the hotel's listing on Hotels.com (and some other websites) is grossly inaccurate. The listing states that the hotel has a restaurant and a coffee bar/café, and that the restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is only a bar that converts in the morning to a breakfast room. The bar serves only drinks, not even snacks. Hoewver"

"Room was clean, shower room was spotless. The in room safe was great and easy to use. The curtains were really good and kept the room dark in the morning. The staff were very friendly and helpful and even printed out concert tickets for us. We only had breakfast on the last morning but there was plenty of choice, hot and cold, it was good value for money. The only negative was that the beds were quite narrow and the mattress could have been a bit firmer but that is personal choice. The pillows and bedding were fresh and clean and beds were made daily."

"Apartment was very clean and bed very comfy. Access was easy with instructions provided. Only downside is the 10am checkout although this is understandable given that it's an apartment to be cleaned."

"Small spotless room, courteous, amazing location, I would recommend and will return on future trips through Paris. Quick beautiful walk to Notre Dame and the Pantheon, and there is an amazing brunch place around the corner (Jozi's) for brunch. Also, check for classical piano concerts in the close-by little church of St. Ephrem the Syrian. The mattresses and pillows were both very good. "
