"Hotel does not have elevators. This did not affect me but will people who have wheel chairs or heavy suitcases. Hotel floor was loud. Did not get any sleep during my six day stay. So loud. It’s not worth staying here, especially paying $128 per day. I recommend going somewhere else. Foyer smells. The front entrance at check in smells very very bad. Amenities and room cleanliness is good. Staff is good. Beds comfortable. Parking is good. Included. But you can hear everything through the room. Breakfast not included. There’s a Chinese restaurant next door. This place was good five years ago but not good anymore. I don’t recommend this place. "

"The staff were very pleasant. The room was very neat and clean. The underground parking was handy for the rental vehicle. Parking garage felt very safe with its security cameras etc. The hotel is in the heart of downtown Surrey with several homeless people around making one feel uneasy. The hotel is first class and feels safe."

"The private entrance is through a lovely garden. The room is very comfortable and homey, with a spacious private bathroom. It was great to have the fridge and toaster oven. The owners are so sweet. They provided lovely baked goods, fresh fruit, yogurt. There's a kettle and coffeemaker available as well. I am already planning my next stay here."
