Flowers Vacation Rentals welcomes you to Marsh Madness which is a brand new architecturally designed house that will exceed all your vacation requirements. A three story concrete house that can sleep up to 8 people, nestled behind a 6 foot fence with an electric gate for ease, privacy and security. It has 3 large bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Bedroom 1 occupies the whole top floor with a private balcony and panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea. The Placencia lagoon and the Mayan mountains are also visible from the property.

Bedroom 2 and 3 are on the main second floor and have a queen and 2 single beds respectively. All bedrooms have private balconies with sea views, so get used to waking up to the spectacular sunrise each morning from your bedroom! Also if required the main couch unfolds to a queen size futon for those extra 2 guests.

The house is equipped with a modern kitchen and includes hardwood cabinetry, all new stainless steel appliances, kitchen utensils and cookware. This open concept kitchen offers views of the lagoon and sea. A beautiful live edge mahogany slab dining table seats everyone. It’s the ultimate in form and function.

The house is carefully crafted to include the use of local hardwoods. A hand-carved wooden door by a local artisan greets guests to the main floor. The furniture and platform beds are also locally designed and manufactured with Belizean hardwoods. The house is equipped with Wi-Fi, USB access in each bedroom, a washer and dryer, a/c units in all living areas and two 40 inch flat screen smart TV’s.

If the ocean doesn't do it for you, no stress! The pool is huge and ranges from the adult section which is 6 feet deep, to the kids area, just 3 feet deep. The pool has a water fountain, an outdoor shower and lights to use at night. Guests have full access to the house and the pool.

This beautiful waterfront property, nestled between the road and the sea, provides luxury in a private setting. It is located in the beautiful Plantation community on the Placencia Peninsula.

Just a pleasant 15 min drive to Placencia Point or 40 min to Hopkins.

A local supermarket, restaurants, a veggie and fruit stand is a mere 5 min drive.

Property owner had a pipe bust at original property prior to our arrival. Rental manager called and emailed about upgrading and the recommended property was amazing. Host has someone meet you at property on arrival to walk you through, checks in you and Jessie made some wonderful recommendations. The house was amazing and we can’t recommend this host or place enough! Thank you Jack and Jessie!

My family and I had an amazing time at this place and we will definitely come back. It was clean, quiet and safe. The pool was amazing and several amenities including kayaks were available to use. They were very accommodating and sent a maintenance person to fix the water pump when we had a minor issue with it at 8pm on a Saturday. Finally, this place is located in the most beautiful spot in Placencia.

We really enjoyed our stay in Placencia, the house was just what we needed! Everything was clean and it's a well kept property. The pool was 👌!!! Very relaxing! Our favorite is Tutti Frutti (the best ice cream in Belize). It was a 25-30 min drive down to the end of the peninsula.

My family and I enjoyed our stay there immensely. The location and views are breathingtaking. The place was very clean and stocked with everything that you need. We had an expected issue with the water pump and they sent someone to fix it at 8pm on a Saturday!! This is what I call a great service. I will definitely come back to placencia and will always stay at places managed by this company.

This host left no stone unturned. We were welcomed to a beautiful pool and deck right on the other side of the front gate. This was followed by an even more beautiful layout of the 3 floor home with 180 views of the beach and each bedroom and living room had its own walk out patio. I loved the ability to go on the patio early in the morning and do my light stretching to the sound of the ocean as my kids slept in. This house was perfect in every way and the host was very attentive to our needs.

Our family spent 4 nights here after on the second leg of our trip to Belize. It was a beautiful and comfortable house. Our family loved the pool and enjoyed the kayaks in the ocean. The main floor of the house was great! The kitchen was well stocked for cooking a few meals. It was nice to be able to do some laundry while we were there. The 3rd floor room was nice, but a little warm. We appreciated the fenced property for safety. The wood doors and furniture were beautiful, such a nice touch. The management company was responsive and took care of an issue we had the next day. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this nice, quiet house close to Placencia.

After a bit of a panic with Valencia canceling 5 days before arrival (3rd time they have done so over the years) we rented this spectacular home. Large, comfortable, well laid out space. Ocean views and breezes, huge spacious pool, and oh so quiet neighborhood. A bit of a drive north but worth every extra minute getting there. The large top of the house suite really like nothing usually found- makes for a quiet comfortable space away from others with great en-suite master bathroom. WOW. Management right on top of things. It was an unseasonably warm week yet AC was very efficient. Would absolutely rent again.

We stayed at this property for a week with family and friends. Zun our host was top notch and answered any questions via WhatsApp immediately. Where can I start? The house is immaculate and spacious it’s an absolute showstopper. Our 15 year olds had a blast in the pool and so did the adults. The gate opens to the beach and we played out there until we were tired and then played in the pool. I’ve always had issues in Placencia with internet but this house was the best so far. Every room is super private and you can retire in peace while everyone is in the living room. The master bedroom is beautiful but the view from the balcony is the deal. Every room has a balcony overlooking the ocean with chairs on them. There is an electric gate and the entire property is fenced. All appliances worked like they should. It is on the north end of Placencia and it’s a 15 minute drive to the main strip. Everyone was super impressed and we will definitely be back.
