"On arrival it took almost an hour to check in, when I asked why it was taking so long I was informed that the room I booked was not available. i was finally given a room but although I was told it was like for like, it was not in the main hotel and was quite far from the restaurants and entertainment area. And the listing clearly says microwave (there wasn’t one) and laundry facilities (there were but not for guest access). "This is a glorified hotel and not really a resort. There is nothing to do and the beach there is not great. Accommodations aren’t great. The room is decent but very bad WiFi IN the room. The WiFi is great outside the room where the routers are but it is almost in existent on the beach itself which isn’t far from the building. Lots of ants running around the rooms and mosquitos at night are bad. No staff speaks English so it’s hard to communicate with them and get stuff done. It’s a budget place if you just want a place to put your head at night and move around through out the day. Overall, would not recommend. "
