"We had a wonderful time, the space was comfortable, clean and cozy. The kitchen was well supplied and plenty of clean towels to access. The back deck was spacious and great for our group. Loved having access to the river, though the weather was particularly windy so we didn’t get to enjoy it as much as we’d like. Property manager was prompt in answering questions. We did struggle with the door knob at the entrance which felt stuck and took a few tries. We also noticed the railing running along the stairs is loose."

"Good location for family of 10. Age range was from 1 to 80. Plenty of things to do, including tubing, hiking, and enjoying the scenery. With three levels of accommodation, it was ideal. Teens and father upstairs, elders on the main floor and younger children in the basement area near game room and laundry. Kitchen was well equipped and dining space adequate for all. Outside deck had views of the river. Hot tub enjoyed by all."

"This was a true gem of a find. A few miles out of Leavenworth, WA, in a little community called Plain. The property was beautiful with a couple of gazebos to enjoy the fresh air and right next door was a little grocery store/market with an ice cream station. A hardware store with unique items and a small cafe, with the best corned beef hash, was located next to the property as well. We are glad we stayed here and not in Leavenworth. The tranquility was worth it."

"My husband and I stayed for 4 days and loved it. It was beautiful and the cleanest place I have ever stayed at. I wanted to stay somewhere that was clean, comfortable and quiet if we didn’t feel like driving into Leavenworth. If you aren’t familiar with the area, Leavenworth is about 20 minutes away. Loved the media room, hot tub and ping pong table! The porch view was awesome and I found my husband out there with binoculars looking for Bigfoot more than once Thank you to the owners for sharing your beautiful house!"
