"We had to reserve this home last minute due to the home that we reserved 3 months prior cancelling last minute. While I was annoyed at the circumstances initially I was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful home,she has everything you could need for a wonderful stay near the beach! "The house exceeded our expectations! The host was great, huge backyard, very comfortable and lots of extra amenities. Free street parking and we had no issues finding a spot. We parked our car and took a bus into the NYC. The host even left snacks for us, which was a nice touch. Highly recommend, would definitely stay here again!"

"This place was fine for a night or two before boarding a cruise ship- but no hand towels or face cloths in the bathroom- and note- the bed is a full size with man made fiber sheets. On the positive- your car is inside a locked garage, attached to the townhouse. The apartment is super cute with tons of potential."

"The parking area was good. Once we entered the building the floors were dusty and had trash on the floor. One of the bathrooms stunk and nothing could be done to remove that aroma. Rooms from the listing looked good but there were cracks all over the ceiling and walls. The blankets on the bed had stains on them, some looked like blood stains. "
