"Hallo, nicht zufrieden. Das angebotene und gebuchte Zimmer von Hotel.com nicht bekommen. Kein Wasser oder Gläser auf dem Zimmer. Keinen festen Tisch beim Frühstück. Skiraum, Skischuhe kalt. Heizung nicht eingeschaltet. Massagen nicht im Haus, musste in anderes Hotel. "

"Excellent place to stay - location was so scenic and this hotel had all the amenities like gym sauna whirlpool. There is a restaurant at the property with a beautiful view of the lake. The city of marabbe is also a few min drive, and there are so many restaurants in there. Pragser wildsee/lake braies was 1 hour drive and pordoi pass is also accessible within an hour. Perfect location and I would highly recommend!"

"The room was simple but spacious. Breakfast was great. Dinner was excellent, at a level of fine dining restaurant. All staff were very attentive. The only thing that would make it better would be the air conditioning and lighter blanket as it was hot."
