"Muy lindo el departamento,limpio y confortable. Faltaron toalló y toalla para el 3°huésped, Tendría que haber tenido una jarra eléctrica o un recipiente donde calentar agua para un simple té. Deficiente la vajilla solo 4 tacitas de café …sin platos ni cubiertos…y al menos dejar 3 saquitos de café ,no solo 2 ,sabiendo que éramos 3. ES IMPORTANTE AVISAR A LOS FUTUROS HUÉSPEDES TODO LO QUE BRINDA EL ALQUILER DEL DPTO.CON CLARIDAD INDICANDO LO QUE FALTA. Y BRINDAR LA DIRECCIÓN CORRECTA….Saludos."

"The property is located in a very good and safe location. For grocery shopping you have to drive 15-20mins. You need a car here definitely. Not suitable for people who are over 65 or people with disabilities as there are some steps to climb."

"1. The location of the unit is not good because it’s close to the swimming pool and people would make a lot of noise. 2. The location of the building is also not very good because it's next to the golf course and we would here the workers mowing the lawn EVERYDAY!!! There's also a railway line a bit further away which we could here the trains passing by, especially at night. 3. The WORST part about this apartment was the smell which was very unpleasant. "Short walking distance (5-10mins) to plenty of bars and restaurants. This Studio is perfect for a stay in Ste Max. Very clean and well maintained. Good facilities including a washing machine and hair dryer. Would have loved to be able to hang up clothes but just had drawers and presses for storage. Lovely sea view from the small balcony which gets early morning sun. Great to have a secure parking spot too as you don’t need to drive around the town. "The property is very nice and well located. However, it has an annoying co2 / fire monitor that went off day and night. I raised this with the owner twice and he failed to respond. "

"La Bocca Resid is a good place to stay close to Cannes. Train station was nearby, bus stop outside, cheap dining options, local market, pastry shop. I felt safe in the area. It was a small bus ride from Midi beach."
