"Appartement tel que les photos, très bien situé au cœur de la vieille ville. Dommage que le proprio ne se déplace pas pour nous accueillir et nous aider avec les clés et la télé. La serrure est spéciale, il faut pousser sur la clé pour déverrouiller la porte et cela nous a pris quelques minutes pour y arriver. On aurait aussi apprécié une ou deux doses de café pour le premier matin. Pour le reste, l’appartement est spacieux et super bien situé, la literie est de qualité et il y a beaucoup de...

"I stayed with two friends here for a long weekend of cycling in the surrounding alpine countryside. Property was easy to find/access, and just as described, which was perfect for our stay. It was spotlessly clean. The communications with the owner were first class, and they were incredibly helpful in letting us check-in early and check-out late so that we could squeeze in additional rides on our first and last day. "Loved this apartment in the heart of Annecy! Completely surrounded by amazing shopping and dining and so close to the river! The space felt like such a reflection of the local culture and really maximized the square footage. Would definitely stay here again!"

"This was a lovely flat in a perfect location for strolling along Lake Annecy towards Old Town. The balcony looks out over a busy avenue but was a nice spot to enjoy breakfast. While on a busy street there was not a lot of street noise at night which was a plus. We were able to get a parking spot within the gated allotment for the building but there are several paid parking lots very close by if needed."
