Furthermore, the host contacted me on the day of my stay to say that the apartment was closed because he had made a mistake with the reservation date. This is a very malicious host. Secondly, the check-in procedure requires that you pay a depositum by bank transfer (not credit card): who asks for depositum for that kind of rentals? not the well-known rental platforms, this is very cumbersome. Then, the depositum is only reimbursed after 10-15...
