"Absolute gem. This lovely little chalet/hotel is located in the woods. Has free parking. Very accommodating staff despite my lack of German. There were packets Haribos on my pillow!! Good temperature in the room, lovely surrounding area. I didn’t stay long enough to explore the woods and I regret not being able to do so. "The hotel rooms and bed are smaller compared to the IHG hotel’s Stateside. There is no microwave or iron/iron board in the rooms. The bathroom felt very tight. There were no face towels. I recommend bringing your own. The breakfast was fresh and great. There are no water fountains in the lobby area. I guess it was good for the European standard. "
