"Staff was great. I was upgraded to a suite with no additional cost. The staff, especially the man at the front desk reception was genuinely interested in what I saw and did. Very friendly, welcoming, and courteous and made my stay pleasant. The driver they called to pick me up at the airport in the early morning upon my departure was very nice and arrived early. I am impressed with the hotel staff. "

"Room was reserved in advance via Expedia and I was asked at check in to pay for it. Shower has no caddy to place soap or shampoo everything had to be placed on the floor while showering, ordered instant Nescafé in the morning a small bowl was delivered with the sachets of Nescafe in it, no hot water, no cups. Pool staff are great with excellent service as well as the restaurant for breakfast. I expected more honestly for 500$ plus for a room, I could have booked 2 nights across the street at the intercontinental Phoenicia."
