I truly appreciate her energy, professionalism, southern hospitality and for exuding knowledge and confidence in her workplace's policies and procedures as well as promoting of rewards program that benefits me the customer. After disembarking from our cruise, we arrived at the hotel before 9am. When I was unsure if we could check in that early, but hoping I could, she immediately offered to store our bags as well as signed me up for a rewards program to which it allowed us to check-in early. Considering our check-in was at 3pm, I was elated! She pointed me to the free breakfast that was still being served and was just a great help with my questions. I am grateful to her as I have NEVER experienced early check-in ever so to Bree, as she referred to herself, THANK YOU!!!!! YOU DESERVE A PROMOTION! Also, the room is nice. Very spacious. Breakfast was delicious as well. Dinner at Yuengling Drafthaus was delicious."
