This large 10-people stone rental house (270 m²) is located 40 minutes from Bordeaux and 5 minutes from Blaye, in the heart of the Blaye vineyards. The ground floor features a large fully equipped kitchen that provides a dishwasher, induction stove, refrigerator-freezer, microwave, classic and Senseo coffee makers, a toaster, kettle, food processor, raclette set, and television. The living room features a television and a Hi-Fi stereo system. In the relaxation area, you can find a day bed and an additional 130-cm sleeping arrangement. The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine and a dryer. There are two toilets, a garage with a ping-pong table, and a garden with an arbour, garden furniture, and a barbecue. The upstairs features three bedrooms with 180-cm king-size beds and a shower room each, two toilets, cupboards for storage, and a bedroom with two 90-cm trundle beds.
