"This was a great house for us. We were in town for a baseball tournament and had plenty of room to share with a couple families. Nicely appointed and clean. The yard is fantastic and it was great to have breakfast on the deck and watch/listen to the animals. The drive to Creekside and Homefield parks was easy. Highly recommended property."

"Lovely peaceful countryside farmhouse with plenty of space! This farmhouse reminded us of our Grandparents home on the farm where our Dad was raised, so when I saw it available on VRBO I knew it would be the perfect place to celebrate with our Dad for his 92nd Birthday! We prepared home cooked meals in the well equipped kitchen. We enjoyed meals together around the large dinner table, and afterwards played cards. The kitchen area offers a large gathering spot for the family. The proximity to Kansas City attractions while also offering a rural setting was great for our group. "Front desk staff were very nice. Room was clean and suited the purpose. Coffee pot had to be moved to use due to cord not being long enough to plug into outlet. Every noise in hallway and front desk echoed and magnified down the hall and into the room. Not the quietest or best place in Leavenworth but served its purpose and was clean."
