"Overall good stay in West Plaza! This is the renovated attic of a house and I believe both units get rented out. Management was incredibly responsive to any issues/ questions/ concerns I had via text and sent maintenance to come help resolve issues. Pillows could use replacing, which they said they'll do. As other reviews have noted, the walls are definitely not soundproof, but I didn't have any issues with noise. I feel that cleanliness was okay; there was a glass I had to wash by hand. Pretty...
